Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the Real Aim of the Parliament Work Blocking is not the Committees division by the Attempt to provoke the Public Conflict.
It was declared by V. Lytvyn in the course of the briefing on Friday, giving answers to the questions of the journalists.
"The politicians and political powers are searching grounds for the public conflicts and the Verkhovna Rada is supposed to become the battle field for the demonstration of this political fighting", he stated. "It does not concern the division of the offices in the committees, we speak of lack of desire to scrutinize and present the State Budget-2010, as if there is no State Budget there is no cooperation with all the international organizations and institutions, IMF first of all, - V. Lytvyn declared. Here we have the attempts to worsen the political crisis in Ukraine, and provoke the conflict. The issue on committees division is excogitated."
The Head of the Parliament reminded that the division of the Committees was held in the year 2007 according to the legislation and mentioned the fact YTB received the biggest quantity of Committee 10. V. Lytvyn also announced that he has not received any appeals regarding the withdrawal of the authorities on the part of the Committees members.
Thus, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada emphasised that "there are no objective and legal grounds" to bloc the tribune.
V. Lytvyn called the People´s Deputies to find the agreement and compromise. The Head of the Parliament does not exclude the possibility of the working group formation that would be working on elaboration of the compromise for everyone.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also rejected any accusations in treats regarding the YTB Deputies and named them "nonsense."
Giving answers to the questions V. Lytvyn declared that he is convinced the Verkhovna Rada in the course of the next week would scrutinize the issues on social-economic development of Ukraine and State Budget draft.
V. Lytvyn emphasised that the state can not live without the Budget, hence it is to be adopted as soon as possible.
